How do I cancel my subscription?
In your account under “Subscription”, with one click on “Cancel subscription”. You can keep using the calculator until the end of the paid period, after that nothing more is charged. Until then you can also undo the cancellation.
What does Lifetime mean?
You pay €49.99 once and can use the calculator permanently for as long as we offer it, including all updates. There are no further payments.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, for every payment by e-mail. You can also download all invoices as PDF in your account under “Purchases”.
Can I switch from the subscription to Lifetime?
Yes, any time on the pricing page. Your subscription then ends automatically at the end of the period already paid for, after which Lifetime applies.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
The calculator is digital content that you can use immediately after purchase. When buying, you therefore agree that your right of withdrawal expires once use begins. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
